Final Sale & Credit Terms

All sales and prepayments for credits made to BulkEmailVerification.com are final and non-refundable. Where credits are issued to a customer without advance payment, the following terms apply:

If payment is not made within 30 days of credit issuance:

• (a) Any unused credits will be deactivated until full payment is received
• (b) Interest will accrue monthly at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum legal interest rate

We are committed to delivering industry-leading email verification accuracy. If your verified list from BulkEmailVerification.com does not meet our 98% accuracy guarantee, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria

• Verification Method: Only verifications performed directly through the BulkEmailVerification.com website are eligible. Results obtained via API, bulk API, or one-by-one verification are not covered.
• Approved List: You must use only the *_valid.csv list provided by BulkEmailVerification.com. Emails marked as toxic, role-based, disposable, or unknown must be excluded from your campaign.
• Timely Use: Emails must be sent within 72 hours of completing the verification process.
• Opt-in Requirement: The email list must be 100% opt-in, collected through legitimate methods. Lists that are purchased, scraped, or harvested are strictly ineligible.
• Bounce Type: Only hard bounces (i.e., invalid addresses) are covered. Bounces due to spam content, blacklisted servers, poor sender reputation, throttling, or technical issues do not qualify.
• Domain Restrictions: Emails from Yahoo domains (e.g., @yahoo.com, @ymail.com, @rocketmail.com) are not covered due to inconsistent bounce behavior. Lists containing more than 10% emails from any single domain (excluding Gmail, Outlook, etc.) are ineligible for refund.
• Email Sending Requirements: You must use a professional ESP (Email Service Provider) with proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Personal/free services like Gmail or Yahoo are not acceptable.
• Anti-Spam Compliance: All verification and mailing practices must comply with our Anti-Spam Policy and applicable email marketing laws.
• Detailed Bounce Report Submission: You must submit:
  • The original verified list used (*_valid.csv)
  • A full export of the sent list with bounce responses and SMTP codes
  • Email campaign date, time, and subject line
  • Sending domain/IP and ESP used

Refund Request Process

If you believe your bounce rate exceeds the 2% threshold (i.e., accuracy is below 98%), you may submit a refund request:

• Mailing list name
• Date and time of your email campaign
• Verified list file (*_valid.csv)
• Bounce report with SMTP response codes
• ESP and sending domain/IP information

Refund Calculation

The refund amount is calculated based on the percentage by which your accuracy rate falls below the guaranteed threshold. For each 1% below the threshold, we will refund 6 times the amount of your total validation cost. For example, if your accuracy rate is 1% below the threshold, we will refund 6% of your total validation cost. If it's 2% below, the refund will be 12%, and so on.

Note: Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review. Incomplete or unverifiable requests will not be processed. If your claim meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed promptly. Otherwise, the payment is non-refundable.

Restricted Access

On this Website, some areas and webpages are restricted or limited to specific individuals. If you do not have access to such area or webpage, you must not try to access it using a method other than the usual interface and the instructions we provide.

User content that is or has been subjected to any past or current legal complaints or other similar complaints must not be submitted to the Website. Do note that when you delete your data from our servers, it will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover it/them.
